At Sunspel, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed returns form inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
